Unlike local hotels, the Lazaretto Ballroom is a family run business. You will find our staff to be very guest oriented and very knowledgeable. Our Meeting Packages include meals and continuous refreshments. Our Packages go one step further to encompass all audiovisual equipment. There are no surprises or a la carte service charges on your bill and our dedicated team works with you all day to ensure the success of your event.
Do you rent just meeting space?
The Lazaretto Ballroom provides Meeting Packages for the entire day and is designed to meet the needs of meeting attendees. This per-person price includes the room rental, service charge, audiovisual equipment, meals, continuous refreshment breaks, and a dedicated conference team.
What are our Food & Beverage Options?
Your options are unlimited. We like to customize your menus for each event. Our wide-ranging menus accommodate any breakfast, lunch, dinner or break. Our corporate sales specialist with help you with all your food & beverage needs.
What type of Audio/Visual Equipment is available?
We are equipped with 2 – 3,000 Lume LCD Projectors, 2 – 8′ x 10′ Projection Screens that retract into the ceiling. Various Audio/Video Inputs for Laptops, DVD Players, iPods & more.
Can my group have a separate room for breaks and lunch?
Yes, The Lazaretto Ballroom is designed with continuous community break stations that allow attendees to mingle and network. The breaks also allow us to provide a more abundant selection of a greater variety of items with fewer interruptions. Private and upgraded luncheons can be arranged based on availability.
Do you have internet access?
The Lazaretto Ballroom is equipped with free wire-less internet service.
How is the Meeting Space Set-Up?
You can have your meeting space set up any way you would like. We can do classroom style, theater seating, crescent rounds, etc
